For 25 years, yoga has been an integral part of my life. I’ve explored the mind-body connection and its impact on our well-being.
Through breath, movement and stillness, we unlock our physical bodies and release energy flow. My journey has led me from dynamic flow yoga to a more restorative and therapeutic style.
In my teaching and personal practice, I incorporate the seasons, Earth’s transit, the Moon and the Sun. By tapping into our inner strengths and energies, we find balance and flexibility.
Amidst our busy lives, slow and mindful yoga practices help reduce stress, realign mind and body and unlock our innate strength.
